Vision Statement -
Our vision and our goal is to continue to grow our hospitality development, management and consulting company; owning and operating small, niche hotels, country inns and mountain lodges with innovative restaurants. Our reputation is earned guest-by-guest, day-by-day, as we deliver on the promise of providing a luxurious escape from the workday world. We are dedicated to the honorable notion of true and gracious hospitality.
Project Direction -With the successful formation of Escape Lodging Company, our most immediate objective is to solidify our initial group of potential development sites. Following appropriate due diligence currently underway, the development formula will be implemented as was done with The Inn at Cannon Beach and the Ocean Lodge. We see no natural limitation to the number of properties that would comprise the core of our Escape Lodging collection.
The first new inn developed and operated by Escape Lodging Company was the Inn at Cannon Beach, followed by Ocean Lodge owned by Principals Tom Drumheller and Patrick Nofield.
Personnel Direction - We recognize that a great hospitality industry reputation has two faces. The first attracts our clientele. The other and equally important reputation is within the industry. Attracting and retaining talented, true hospitality professionals is essential. The cutting-edge notion of offering key, long-term staff the opportunity to participate in ownership and/or bonuses based upon their performance assists us in creating the reputation that hard work and dedication are honored and rewarded by this company
