   Each project dictates it’s own unique financial structure, usually relating to the elements of ownership and individual goals of the participants. The aim is to evolve an agreement in which mutually established financial goals will be met and in which a pride of ownership for the participants is honored.

In structuring a new project, Escape Lodging typically forms an LLC that consists of the primary partners / owners, who then retain Escape Lodging Company to manage the project. To date, it is our preference that we structure agreements so as to provide ELC an ownership position.

In addition to the functional business aspects mentioned above, Escape Lodging provides its’ business partners with a highly regarded, proven program for systematically developing and opening successful hotels and restaurants. It is methodical, detailed and it produces the kind of results investors love.

Carefully crafted development and construction budgets are written in addition to detailed income statement projections and cash flow projections. These income statement projections later become our operating budgets. Our management team will, in turn, use these numbers to guide the managers in their monthly revenue and expense goals.

We take great pride in the production work of our Office of Accounting. CFO Becki Sperley has developed an exacting system, which enables us to present our partners with professional, relevant and timely revenue reports, projections, income statements, balance sheets and cash flow projections. We maintain relationships with two professional accounting firms used to monitor our work as well as act as a resource for us when needed.
